On Sunday my son Edward (13) was invited to make his first outing for the Winterslow CC 2nd XI. He had a great day, the senior players were very helpful and welcoming. His batting was not as good as he would have liked but he had an excellent two overs, his second of which was for 1 run. Well done son!
