A Country Pursuit

On Thursday we spent the day on a local shoot. It was a beautiful frosty, clear morning just right for this kind of shoot. This shoot was made a bit special for me as I know a lot of the people involved and have known the landowner for a number of years.

An Audience with; at the Salisbury Playhouse

What a great night, added to by the fact that I have been a Saints' fan for as long as I can remember and can still remember the feeling I had when we beat Man Utd in the final of the FA Cup in 1976. Mike Osman hosted the "Audience with Lawrie McMenemy and Matthew LeTissier", which was to raise funds for Salisbury City Footbal Club, and was his usual micky taking self. In the second half of this special night fans were given another special treat as Frani Benalli joint the team on stage.

Salisbury City FC v Banbury United FC

The Whites notched up yet another win today when they travelled to Banbury United. The home team through everything at the whites in the second half but a spirited performance guaranteed 3 more points which moved them to joint second in the league with a game in hand on the leaders

Salisbury City FC v Brackley Town FC

We travelled with the team to Brackley Town yesterday to see them notch up another league win; beating the home team 3-0. 

Salisbury City Goalkeeper Tommy Smith a Specsavers

We were at Specsavers yesterday with Salisbury City Goalkeeper Tommy Smith for an eye test. Salisbury Specsaver's Directors Anna and Sue where on hand to ensure the keepers eyes were ready for a hard season; Whites fans will be pleased to know he had the all clear from the girls. Salisbury Specsavers are sponsoring Tommy, and Ryan Pryce who is currently on loan, for the 2009/10 season.

Dale and Kianna

Dale is my hairdresser; not that I have much hair to dress. Dale wanted some images with her daughter, Kianna. We started at her home with a few images in the garden to relax them both, then went off to a local river walk to get some relaxed shots of them together. We finished at the Holiday Inn in Amesbury where the manager kindly let us use his foyer and first floor landing to get some lovely formal shots of Dale and some fun shots of Kianna next to a colourful canvas.
