I thought I would post the cover page of my business plan tonight. WHY? Well because it is that time of year when I go through my business plan with a view to seeing how I did against what I wrote last year, and set new goals for this coming year. This year is going to be a big year for John Rose Photography and it is important that everything that is going to happen is written into my business plan so the company has the correct focus.
Sorry the image isn't that inspiring tonight, but if you have a business or are thinking of starting one, then I urge you to get busy thinking things through and writing a business plan.
